The following information provides further details about the terms and features of the Credit Agreement you are entering into.
1 - Creditor Details

3 - Your Rights

3.1. Early Repayment

3.1.1. You have a right to repay all or part of the loan early at any time. You can do this by calling us on *0330 027 1150. Please note *03 numbers are charged at the same rate as standard landline numbers.

3.1.2. If you partially repay the credit early, we will apply the early repayment evenly across your Instalments. This means that the duration of your Credit Agreement will remain the same, but your monthly Instalments will decrease to smaller equal monthly Instalments with your final Instalment rounded up or down to the nearest whole pence accordingly. If you would like to keep the same monthly payments and reduce the duration of your Credit Agreement, please let us know when you contact us to make an early or partial repayment.

3.2. Return and cancellation of order with EE

3.2.1. You have a right to return your Financed Goods if certain conditions that are set out in the EE Terms and Conditions of Sale are met. Consult the EE Terms and Conditions of Sale for more information.

3.2.2. You may be entitled to a refund in respect of any returned Financed Goods. All refunds are issued by EE in accordance with the EE Terms and Conditions of Sale and will be paid to Glow. The amount of such refund will be applied by Glow against your loan. The cost of additional delivery charge (above EE's standard delivery charge), installation or other services e.g., insurance cover might not be refunded.

3.2.3. If you change your Financed Goods on a like for like basis during the right to return period or any of your Financed Goods is replaced in accordance with the relevant EE Terms and Conditions of Sale with EE (for example, if the Financed Goods is faulty and you are entitled to a replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015) and the same or like for like Financed Goods is provided but the Regular Monthly Payments and Amount of Credit do not change, this Credit Agreement will continue in force and a new Credit Agreement will not be issued. We will let you know if a new Credit Agreement is required.

4 - Complaints

4.1. If you are dissatisfied in relation to this Credit Agreement, please contact us on the telephone number under clause 13 of the General Terms and Conditions, 'How to contact us'.

4.2. You have the right to contact the Citizen's Advice Bureau or your local Trading Standards branch.

5 - Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act

5.1. You may have the right to claim against us for any claim you have against EE in relation to:

5.1.1. Poor quality goods

5.1.2. Undelivered goods

5.1.3. Goods that were misrepresented to you (i.e. their colour, size, shape or how long they should be expected to last)

5.2. Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act makes Glow, your lender, and EE jointly and severally liable for such claims.

5.3. You can make a claim under section 75 if:

5.3.1. The value of the item was between £100 and £30,000

5.3.2. You bring the claim within any applicable legal time limits

5.3.3. You made the purchase with EE, and not a third party on your behalf

5.4. A claim under section 75 is not a complaint.

5.5. If you are dissatisfied with our handling of your section 75 claim, you have the right to complain to us.

6 - Continuous Payment Authority

6.1. Your Regular Monthly Payments will be taken using the card details you have provided to us.

6.2. You have agreed to grant us a Continuous Payment Authority – this means that we can take your Regular Monthly Payments from the payment method you provided when you applied for the loan.

6.3. We will request your Regular Monthly Payments at the amount and frequency set out in section 2 of the Key Product Information.

6.4. We will only attempt to collect the Regular Monthly Repayment amount and will never attempt to collect any lesser amount unless explicitly agreed with you.

6.5. In the event that our attempt to collect a Regular Monthly Payment fails, we will not automatically re-attempt collection and you will be required to contact us to make the missed payment.

6.6. We will not charge a fee for any failed payment attempts under your Continuous Payment Authority.

6.7. If you do not make payments in full and on time, you will normally have to make an additional payment at the end of the term to cover any late payments and/or late payment fees (although you can pay late payments or missed payment fees at any time).

6.8. If your payment card expires or you change your payment card during the term of this Loan Agreement, you must amend the details of your Continuous Payment Authority via the EE Finance Customer Portal.

6.9. You can cancel your Continuous Payment Authority at any time by submitting a request online. You can also cancel your Continuous Payment Authority via your card provider. If you cancel your CPA, you will be required to make your Regular Monthly Payments each month via the EE Finance Customer Portal.

7 - Failure to make payments

7.1. If you fail to make a payment as it falls due under the Credit Agreement:

7.1.1. We will report the missed payment to the Credit Reference Agency and it will be displayed on your credit file

7.1.2. If you miss 3 or more regular monthly payments then we will issue a Default Notice to you, requiring payment of the arrears

7.1.3. If you fail to comply with the default notice then we will:

7.1.3.1. terminate the Credit Agreement

7.1.3.2. register a default with the Credit Reference Agency

7.1.3.3. be entitled to demand payment of the full amount outstanding

7.1.3.4. consider referring your debt to a Debt Collection Agency

7.1.3.5. assign your debt to a Debt Purchaser who may ultimately decide to commence legal proceedings to recover the debt

7.2. To avoid these consequences, you must contact us if you think you are going to miss a payment. Our team will work with you to find a reasonable solution to help prevent the consequences of missing payments where possible.

8 - Other contractual terms and conditions

8.1. This loan product is subject to other terms and conditions which are not included in the Key Product Information or Additional Product Information sheets. You should review these other contractual terms and conditions before completing your application.
